This is another day in the life of me. I’ve actually still got the crud I’ve had for a couple of weeks now. Today my ears feel plugged, it’s kind of like I’m deaf…but I’m not. It’s like I’m flying somewhere, but I’m grounded, for now at least. I also hear a very loud factory working in my ears.
We have new snow as of yesterday. It’s beautiful outside. I went out to take pictures of the snow and mainly of Rob, our son, as he plowed our driveway. It’s one of those days I love!
The air is crisp and cold. I threw all caution to the wind, got the snow shovel and shoveled the walk! I can’t get any worse than I already am…
We haven’t decided yet if we’ll be going to church tomorrow. It’ll be Jerry’s third Sunday to miss and my second Sunday to miss. This is unheard of for us! We do have some favorite TV speakers to listen to: David Jeremiah and Joel Osteen. We can also listen to our pastor, later, on-line. But it’s not the same as going to church, singing in praise, listening to our pastor, fellow shipping with other believers, etc.
I’ve done some serious writing while I’ve been laid up. Chapter one of my book is finished, except for the editing. Do I dare say I hate dislike editors? Well. anyway, I’m excited about starting chapter two.
I’m sorry you are still bothered by this bug. But it takes about 3 weeks to be really back to normal, and then sometimes there is a cough that follows. You are better if you are outside a bit, shoveling the snow. Your neck of the woods is sure beautiful, most anytime of yr. but especially right now.
