Armon, one of our grandson’s, came over today right after lunch and will be staying over night and going home after church or dinner tomorrow. We’ve had a good time this afternoon. When I asked what he’d like to do he answered immediately, “Go to the Frog House!” So we went to the Center for the Arts to the Hall of Ideas. On the top floor we found the frogs! They didn’t look like our frogs that we see and listen to in our pond! They were created by God!
There are two in this last picture who are small, green and black and very hard to see. One on the left and one on the right.
After checking out the frogs we went down a flight to the Hall of Ideas! Oh my, what a lot of hands-on creative and scientific ideas for kids! The place was so crowded with families we had to wait our turn for Armon to try out the drums and other fun things! Here Armon is harvesting a field of corn!
He played the piano and the drums!
How about this huge dinosaur! Armon is standing in front of it!
When we finally left here we went to the mall so I could do some shopping. We ended up with a strawberry shake for Armon and a senior coffee for me! It was a good, fun afternoon for Grandma and grandson!
