Happy Birthday Me

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAThis year I celebrated turning 75 and I did it while cruising the Hawaiian Islands! Wow…life can’t get much better then that! Here I am wearing the beautiful lei that Pam and Gene gave me, holding a beautiful card and sitting beside the lovely flowers from son, Tim and Shauna!

What a wonderful and unbelievable day that way!

First of all, because I can’t believe I’m 75! I remember when my parents turned 75…I thought they were soooo old! Am I that old? I don’t know. I don’t feel that old!

Second of all, because we were in Hawaii! Actually, at this time, we were on the Norwegian cruise ship Pride of America! Unbelievable!

Heavenly Father, thank You for the life You’ve given me. Thank You for loving me and accepting me as Your child. Thank You, Jesus, for dying for me. Help me to be the kind of Christian woman, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin,  friend and neighbor that honors You. Please help others to see You in my life. I love You and You love me even more!
