I love dogs. Most of you know I love dogs. Here are three of the best, now living:
Duke, a Dalmation, lives in Colorado.
Molly, a Yellow Labrador Retriever, lives in South Carolina.
Heidi, a Yellow Lab Husky, now lives in Colorado but she came from Alaska.
Dogs, are so human and so funny.
Duke loves to sit beside someone on the sofa or a chair. He’s so big and so loving and so beautiful! He’s sitting here beside his owner, Doug!
Molly is still a puppy. She’s very loving too. Jerry seems to attract dogs even though he claims to not like them! I know that secretly he does!!! The minute Jerry would sit down, Molly was right there beside him! He put the pillow down to keep some distance between himself and Molly! He’s working on Sudoku here.
Molly loves to chase sticks in the lake! She’s ready on a moments notice! But first she has to sit and wait for the command to Go!
Heidi is a good dog too. She is so funny! She won’t sit on the sofa…except when Lisa brings Caicai, her parrot, on her arm and sits on the sofa. Heidi jumps up and sits there too!!! She’s ready to join in the conversation! It’s hilarious! It’s the only time she sits on the sofa!!! If you click on the picture you can see the parrot better.
Heidi also loved to sit near Jerry! He sat down to enjoy coffee and here came Heidi to sit as close as she could to him! Too bad he doesn’t have the love for dogs that I have.
I love dogs! All dogs… We’ve had some really good dogs in the past. Our first dog was Rusty. My parents brought him to us from Colorado. He was such a great dog and had such personality.
We always took him camping with us. This is son, Tim, with Rusty. He was a mix with some boxer.
This is Trixie! She was a good, faithful friend. She was also a mix breed.
She loved to go cross-country skiing with me! The minute she saw me reach for my skies she started jumping and barking. She couldn’t wait for me to get my skies on! I went on ski trails in the woods behind our property. She would run ahead of me and then sit and wait for me to catch up with her!
Trixie was actually Tim’s dog but she was my guard dog! She protected me one day from a man who came by with bad intentions! Somehow Trixie knew and she would not let him near me!!!
Pinto, a Chihuahua, was an abused dog who was thrown into the back of our pickup truck during July 4th fireworks! It’s a long story which I won’t go into here. (I wrote it earlier) She lived til she was about 13 years old. She was about two years when we got her. She was a survivor!
This is Buddy. He was a mixed breed but such a good dog! He was son, Rob’s dog, but Buddy and I loved each other!
I’m the only one he would swing with! He loved it when I sat down in the swing and would come right over to swing with me!
Plaid, a Shih Tzu, was also Rob’s dog. But Plaid and I had a love affair! I loved him and he loved me!
This is Bernie! He’s our faithful, watch-dog!
