A delightful luncheon was enjoyed by many after Mother’s memorial service.
Everyone was invited to Bill’s and Vel’s house after the Memorial Service for Mother. Thank goodness they have a big house! Vel ordered two six-foot sub sandwiches! There were salads and chips to go with it, plenty of beverages and cake for dessert. Several folks contributed for the luncheon. I think the folks in the picture are Jenna and Courtney, great-granddaughters of Mother and Vicki, friend of Mother.
A neighbor baked this delicious cake.
It was a good time of remembering Mother with family and friends. Becky Hoffman, LeRoy Gray and myself. Becky and I are third cousins! LeRoy and I are second cousins!
Michael Nicosia played his Native American flute for us again. It has a beautiful sound!
Justin Naughton is a great-grandson of Mother and a great-nephew of me. He’s a grandson of Bill and Vel.
Justin let me take this picture of him because he doesn’t get dressed up for just anyone! He did for Great-grandma!
LeRoy and Carolyn Gray about to begin their journey back to Iowa.
