Travel Log # 10 Canada Saskatchewan

We’ve crossed over into Canada! Saskatchewan. These flags are at the border crossing. The border patrol agent who let us continue our travels had on a bullet proof vest! That was interesting and scary!

Picture 2 was taken inside the welcoming building. It’s kind of a sculpture made of old wheels of all sizes.

Picture 3 & 4 show the strip mining. It’s sad and looks like such waste. Picture 5 is of the many, many oil wells. Picture 6 is just an interesting creation made by somebody! Click on it to see the details! We passed it and then my son-in-law whipped around and went back so I could take pictures of it! What a guy!

I've just retired from writing and editing a newsletter, Prime Time News, for seniors. I love genealogy, traveling, birds and animals, blogging and taking pictures.

I’m not sure whether this post is written by him as nobody else know such detailed about my difficulty. You’re amazing! Thanks!
