My son, Rob, had a beautiful dog, Buddy. We rescued him, as a puppy, from the dog pound when Rob was still in high school. Because I love dogs, his dogs always just sort of become my dogs, too! Buddy and I loved each other. He was a dog who never left our property. Rob lives next door so Buddy had the run of five acres. How did he know this? I don’t know, but he did. He loved it when I sat out in our swing. He would climb up to swing with me. I’m the only one he would swing with! We loved each other. Buddy and I were best friends! Life moves on but I still miss Buddy.
