Travel Log # 7 Part 3 Israel

I have such wonderful memories of Israel. Going over my pictures of our trip has almost been overwhelming. I have so many pictures. But which ones will interest my readers: Pic 1 is a sunrise. The same sun that has been rising since the very beginning of time. The same sun that rises over my home in Michigan.

I love pictures 2 and 3. Shepherds watching over their sheep. I took these pictures but they are the same as artists depicting them back in Bible days.

Pic 4 I simply took because of the camels grazing.

I’ve decided, since wordpress is putting my pictures at the bottom of my posts, instead of on the side,  that I will keep them short. I’m afraid my reading friends will lose interest having to check back to see which picture is which.

  2. Thanks Sue,
I’m glad you’re enjoying it. I’m frustrated with wordpress and the way they do my pictures. I want to write with each picture but it won’t let me and it even switches them from the order I put them in! But I am thankful for the chance to blog and share with friends! So, I’ll stop complaining! 😉

I am enjoying the trip as well Anita….I can’t imagine being in the valley where David slew Goliath….I hope to go to the Holy Land but first I must try to get to India – to the Bhile Field – where my mother’s sister Mary spent 42 years doing mision work…that is my goal!! None of us have ever been and my mother wanted to go, so I am going to go for her.
