And The Decision Is …

To go to Thailand or to not go to Thailand. That was the question. Cost of $2000 is a low estimate. January 12 is the date.

After much prayer, thinking, talking, agonizing, praying I have come to the conclusion that God doesn’t work this way. God is a God of order, not of confusion or pressure. He could provide the funds, no doubt.

So my decision is that I’m not going. I feel at peace now. Yes, it would have been exciting and challenging but there are other folks who are meant to go this time. I wish them well. Maybe another year will be my time to go again. I am willing and able. “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord…You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you, declares the Lord. Jeremiah 29:11-13

Sensing the Lord’s timing is so important. You are a wise lady. No doubt God needs you to pray and encourage the team that is going now. Your decision is the right one, and it is evident by the peace that came in your heart. I just love to see God at work in your life.
