Grandma’s School Day #21

Armon signing his name for his own library card!

We worked hard today. We read the first story in the new reader. It’s still a Dick and Jane book so he knows a lot of the words but it’s a step up so it also has lots of new words. The stories are longer and a bit more interesting!

We worked in Aunt Lorraine’s book and went over flash cards. He doesn’t seem to mind the flash cards any more!!! I’m so glad because he’s learning from them.

After class Elmise and Rob, their daddy, went with us to the library. The kids each got their own library card! They both picked out books to check out. I checked out a I Spy book. They were recommended to me for helping him with focusing. I’m open to any suggestions…
