Grandma’s School #8

We’re back to normal and had a very good day today. Armon’s teacher at school, Mrs. Johnson, wanted us to work on the short sound of a. Haleigh and I made up flash cards with all short a words. Like Max, Pam, hat, bat, etc. he caught on quickly. We read our book and worked on his alphabet book.

It’s a rainy day but we saw several birds, robins, nuthatchers, a humming bird, and…

      Hi Ruth. We saw lots of common bugs, etc. Of course they’re all intriguing to Armon. What I loved was when he saw the humming bird first! He didn’t even know what it was. It’s so fun to discover new things with him.
